Duck mousse with Jurançon 180g in jar. Jurançon is a sweet wine with aromas of tropical fruit such as pineapple and mango and grows in the Pyrennees (mountains in the South of France). This creamy pate is a total delight, with a silky texture and a velvet sensation on your palate. The sweet wine makes the mousse complete and rich in taste. Pure joy if you like smooth pate.
