A speciality of France, this generously sized duck leg is cooked in its own fat using a centuries-old artisan method and takes just a few minutes to heat through for a satisfying meal anytime. The lean dark meat has a rich, savoury flavour, and it's so tender it falls off the bone. Pan-fry for the crispiest skin - delicious!

STORAGE AND DEGUSTATION:
This product has a long shelf life (1 to 4 years). It can be stored at ambient temperature. Simply re-heat the duck in a pan for 5 minutes.
