Our Truffled Duck Liver Pâté is particularly appreciated by lovers of exceptional pâtés for its full-bodied and refined taste and its extremely tasty flesh. Its texture is as beautiful as it is melt-in-the-mouth thanks to the large quantity of Duck Foie Gras and Périgord Truffle that we add to it. The Duck Foies Gras chosen for this production all have the origin and appellation "Canards à Foie Gras du Sud-Ouest".

They have been carefully selected from producers in the South West of France for their color, texture and suppleness.

It is a pleasure to share between 3 and 4 people.
