Our Truffle flavoured Duck Liver Paté is particularly appreciated for its gastronomic qualities and its affordable price. It is made of 50% Duck Foie Gras as well as the added Truffle undertones, it really gives it that added smooth texture.
There is a generous amount of Truffle juice which pairs perfectly with the Cognac which is also present in this delicious recipe.
We take great care in choosing our ingredients, and all of our products are created using the traditional Perigord recipes, which are free from added extras and colorants.
We take great care in choosing our duck livers from the farms of the South west of France.
These ducks are fed and raised following strict and precise criteria such as their virant yellow tint, their size an their suppleness.
