Duck Magret with Foie Gras (25%) - 190g
Duck-breast stuffed with Duck Foie Gras is a true concentrate of aroma, that are full-bodied yet delicate thanks to the quantity of Foie Gras used (a minimum of 25%). This duck breast is encircled by these aromatic juices that give it a beautiful smoothness.
This recipe is directly inspired by our Perigord locality and a enormous respect for the quality of these products, that are completely natural with no added colouring or preservatives. The duck Foie Gras and the Duck breasts have been chosen for their label of the south west of France.
