These Wild French Burgundy snails (Helix Pomatia) are pre-cooked in vegetable stock with salt, pepper, and natural flavours. They are then sterilized, ensuring that you can use the snails in any type of prepared dish and still taste the original freshness and unique Burgundy escargot flavour.

STORAGE AND DEGUSTATION:
This product has a long shelf life (1 to 4 years). It can be stored at ambient temperature.
Traditional recipe: mix together 100g of better, 6g of chopped parsley, 6g of chopped garlic, 3g of chopped shallot, 2g of salt, 1g of pepper. Put the snail in their shell or small containers and garnish with the butter mixture. Cook for 10 to 12 minutes at 150 degrees.
It is important to refrigerate the product once opened.
