Our Goose leg Confit is a renowned specialty of the Périgord region and they are even rarer than Duck leg Confits. The goose legs are more reputed for their tender suppleness then that the Duck. Our Goose leg confit is cooked following a traditional regional recipe : naturally, slowly and delicately in its own fat before being put in the tin is what makes these Goose confits especially tender.
It is a pleasure to share between 2 and 3 people.

STORAGE AND DEGUSTATION:
This product has a long shelf life (2 to 6 years). It can be stored at ambient temperature. Simply re-heat the duck in the oven for 10 minutes at 150 degrees.
It is important to refrigerate the product once opened.
