Goose foie gras entier 180g (whole foie gras) from Périgord (South West of France - best region for goose foie gras), made of one wholecooked liver lobe. It is a liver of a Périgord Goose, chosen for its beautiful yellow colour, its suppleness and its size.
You will appreciate this delicacy, its fondant texture, which is unique to Goose Foie Gras, but also its authentic flavour.
It’s this explosion of flavours which enabled this product to be award the Gold medal at the "Salon of Agriculture of Paris" and the Périgord Gold award.
To preserve all flavour of the liver, this foie gras is prepared in a traditional artisan method without adding colourings or preservatives.
A pleasure for 4-5 people. Enjoy this delicate product the way it is on a nice sourdough toasted bread. It goes perfectly with onion or fig jam. Goose foie gras offer an additional layer of texture and refinement.
