It is a liver of a Périgord Goose, chosen for its beautiful yellow colour, its suppleness and its size. By adding Périgord truffles, known for their unique aromas, to this product you will enjoy an exceptional Foie Gras, a product for all year but in small quantities.
You will appreciate this delicacy, its fondant texture, which is unique to Goose Foie Gras, but also its authentic flavour.
To preserve all flavour of the liver, this foie gras is prepared in a traditional artisan method without adding colourings or preservatives.
