This authentic Cassoulet de Castelnaudary is generously prepared with tender white beans, confit duck drumsticks and genuine Toulouse sausages made in Larnaudie’s own workshops. The ingredients are slowly simmered together in a rich, flavoursome sauce, creating the wonderfully hearty texture and rustic character for which traditional cassoulet is renowned.

Warm, satisfying and deeply comforting, it is an ideal dish for sharing around the table with family or friends—especially on a cool evening with crusty bread and a robust French red wine.

INGREDIENTS:

White beans 55%, goose thighs 20% - Sausage 17% (meat and fat of pork, salt, pepper). Sauce: onions, beef broth (salt, corn starch, flavoring agent: 621, sugar, olive oil, soya, yeast extract, meat flavor, onions, turmeric). Garlic, tomato concentrate, corn starch, pepper, sugar, caramel, parsley, spices. Garlic sausage: eggs, Cognac, white wine, aromatic plants.

STORAGE AND DEGUSTATION:

This product has a long shelf life (1 to 4 years). It can be stored at ambient temperature. Empty the cassoulet into a traditional cassole, terracotta dish or ovenproof casserole. Sprinkle lightly with breadcrumbs and heat in a preheated oven at 180°C for approximately 35 minutes, until piping hot with a beautifully golden surface.

It is important to refrigerate the product once opened.
