The Truffled Goose Foie Gras Pâté from our House has an image of an exceptional pâté thanks to its very melting texture, the generous amount of Goose Foie Gras coated by a case of very fine pork meat and flavored with Périgord truffles. This starter is a real nugget of authentic flavors, ideal for a meal of pure pleasure.

The Goose Foies Gras that have been chosen for this production all have an origin and a label Oies du Périgord.

They have been carefully selected for their beautiful yellow color, their texture and their suppleness, all of which guarantee quality.

It is a pleasure to share between 3 and 4 people.
