This saucisson is based on a traditional salame which originates from the town of the same name, located not far from the city of Parma. It contains 100% pork and is mildly spiced, seasoned and aged for a minimum of 4 weeks. The coarse meat mixture is filled into a natural casing and hand tied.

It is the best saucisson we have discovered in Australia produced by a 7 generations of Italians in Australia. It is really similar to some saucisson produced in the border of France and Italy.

If you are missing your saucisson or a well hand crafted salame, you have found a masterpiece.

100% Australian Pork, Salt, Dextrose (Corn Based), Spices, Wine, Antioxidant (316), Sodium Nitrate (251), Sodium Nitrite (250), Starter Culture.
