Foie gras entier 180g (whole foie gras), made of one wholecooked liver lobes from a small farm in Périgord.
In order to preserve the quality of the flavours, this foie gras is cooked following traditional Périgord recipe with a little salt, a little pepper and placed in a jar.
There is no colourings or preservatives.
This foie gras has received multiple awards like a Sliver medal winner at the Paris Salon Agricultural Awards and the Foie Gras and Tradition Competition.
It is a pleasure to share between 4 and 5 people. Enjoy this delicate product the way it is on a nice sourdough toasted bread. It goes perfectly with onion or fig jam.
