Figs stuffed with Foie Gras and Pineau 140g
Discover our delicious dried figs filled with Duck Foie Gras and the full-bodied flavour of Pineau des Charentes.
We pasteurise them so that they retain all their flavour.
This recipe combines the juiciness of the fig with the powerful flavour of semi-cooked Duck Foie Gras, all enhanced by the original note of a real Pineau des Charentes.
The duck livers used for this recipe were selected for their beautiful yellow colour, their suppleness and their size.
It should be noted that this production is handmade and without the addition of colouring agents or preservatives.
These figs literally melt in your mouth and explode with full-bodied flavors: a pure delight for the aperitif!
